I am a hands-on AI platform engineer and founder-minded product builder with 10+ years of experience taking products from ambiguity to production. At Microsoft, I have designed orchestration and grounding platforms, helped scale publisher-compliance infrastructure used by major AI assistants, and shipped communication features at hundreds-of-millions-user scale.
Outside Microsoft, I built and sold two vertical B2B products and maintain Whisper.net, a widely adopted open-source speech-to-text library for .NET. I combine pragmatic architecture, close partner collaboration, and a strong bias toward shipping.

- Took technical ownership of the publisher-preference enforcement layer in Microsoft's grounding platform and led its evolution into a scalable system for internal and external partners.
- Contributed to Web IQ, announced at Microsoft Build 2026, focusing on compliant retrieval and onboarding production customers.
- Co-designed and implemented, as part of a six-engineer team, a general-purpose AI orchestrator for partner experiences using grounded context from Bing's search index.
- Worked directly with partner teams on API contracts, integration design, rollout risks, and production readiness.
Copilot Platform
- Worked on a shared platform intended to unify multiple Microsoft copilots.
- Worked deeply on orchestrator behavior, prompt templates, platform abstractions, and developer experience.
- Collaborated closely with teams building copilots on top of the platform and converted recurring integration problems into reusable capabilities.

- Designed and shipped the backend of Teams Video Clips when Teams served more than 270 million daily active users.
